My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The location is outstanding, right across the street from Lenox Mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms were clean and cozy, although a bit noisy due to music from a nearby restaurant. The service was a mixed bag with phenomenal guidance on local attractions but a few instances of rudeness. The dining experience wasn't for everyone, being waiter service only, but the club level access was a nice touch.
